BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA RECIPE

BBQ Chicken Pizza

A different twist to traditional pizza. Use your favorite BBQ sauce to create this tasty meal.

Servings 4

Ingredients

* 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
* 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
* 1/2 cup diced grilled chicken
* 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped red onion
* 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
2. Place pizza crust on cookie sheet. Spread with barbecue sauce. Scatter chicken over top. Sprinkle evenly with red pepper, green pepper and onion. Cover with cheese.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Is your child a future artist? Does he or she like to help others? The Kids' Design Contest is geared at inspiring creativity while supporting art education and charitable work among America's youth.

On March 8th the Company Store announced that they are accepting original art work from children 12 and under for their current contest. This contest is “geared to inspire creativity while supporting art education, and charitable work among America’s youth”.

The winning artist’s work will used as a print for their comforters and used in their ongoing Buy One, Give One Comforter Donation Program.

Submissions will be accepted on the Facebook page for Company Kids, the children’s division of The Company Store. Voting will be open to the general public beginning March 28th through April 22nd.

This program is really awesome, because they give one comforter to a homeless child for every one they sell!
