LOCAL BOY BAKERY REVIEW

Brian at Local Boy Bakery was kind enough to let me review some of his baked handmade good cookies. These are the cookies that I got to review.

LEMON ROSEMARY SUGAR COOKIES
The delicate rosemary flavor combines with a touch of lemon to produce a delicious and flavorful snack. Prior to baking, these cookies are lightly dusted with rosemary flavored sugar. The Lemon Rosemary Sugar Cookies were out of this world and they were my favorite.

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
A rich, and overly decadent chocolate cookie with a generous amount of chocolate chips. It is a cookie created to satisfy those die-hard chocolate fans. These cookies are great with a glass of cold milk.
GLUTEN-FREE and VEGAN EARTHQUAKE COOKIES
The name "Earthquake" refers to the crackle appearance these cookies develop as they bake. They are crispy on the outside with a moist and rich, chocolate center.

SNICKERDOODLE COOKIES
Just prior to baking, these cookies are coated with a generous layer of cinnamon sugar. As you bite into the cookie, you will first notice the thin and crisp exterior. At the heart of the cookie, is a soft and tender center with a delicate butter flavor. I find them to be deeply satisfying.

CHOCILATE CHIP and TOFFEE COOKIES
The exterior has a delicate crispness which complements its soft, tender center.
