BEECOLOGY BATH & BODY PRODUCTS REVIEW

Beecology sent me some of their products to try, and I am throughly impressed. I got to review the Beecology Honey & Botanical Sulfate-Free Shampoo, Beecology Repair your Hair Naturally Conditioner, Beecology Moisturizing Peppermint & Honey Body Wash, Beecology Honey & Lavender Soap, Beecology Java Soappuccino Coffee Soap, and the Beecology Totally Hip Hemp Soap.

All the Beecology products are made in small batches and bottled by the Rzepka family, and they still collect the honey and beeswax from the hives themselves.

Amy and her family started out raising bees for honey, which left them with a supply of bees wax. They didn't want to make candles, so they tired their hands at making lip balm, and their first product was born. Today, Beecology's hand made product assortment which includes essential oil nourishing soaps, sodium lauryl sulfate free hair care products, antioxidants creams, raw natural honey and buzz balm lip palm.

Beecology's Sulfate-Free Shampoo - It has botanicals proven to nourish and replenish hair, like extracts of nettle, yarrow and chamomile, along with honey and wheat protein. The lather is thick, the shampoo mild, and it leaves your hair soft and manageable. It's perfect for all hair and scalp types.
Beecology's Conditioner - It had an exclusive formula with premium propolis extract from beehives, which is loaded with flavonoids to stimulate hair growth and noticeably renew your hair's youthful appearance. Beecology also added an exotic blend of proteins, honey, and pure avocado and hemp oils. This mixture will nourish, strengthen, and if your hair happens to be weak or damaged, build added life into the hair shafts. Very, very moisturizing and gave me great clumps/curls!
Beecology's Moisturizing Peppermint & Honey Body Wash - It has an invigorating smell, and leaves my skin feeling really soft. Me and my husband loved the Moisturizing Peppermint & Honey Body Wash, which shows that Beecology products are great for women and men because they use only natural fragrances that are gender neutral.
Beecology Totally Hip Hemp Soap - This soap will make you happy. It has an uplifting lemongrass scent encapsulated in expeller-pressed hemp oils which not only makes you smell great but will keep your skin super smooth and soft. It is also known to help with acne, as well as dry or irritated skin. It even promotes good skin balance and has incredible antioxidant properties.
Beecology's Java Soapachino Coffee Soap - This coffee oil-fused soap will wash away garlic, onion, and fish smells. It's fine grounds will scour away the dirt. It is also a good deodorizer for kitchen smells, it would also work as a natural deodorant soap. The pure, finely ground fresh coffee acts as an exfoliant. It also contains essential coffee oil and fresh cocoa for fragrance.
Beecology's Honey & Lavender Soap - My skin is left feeling fresh and smooth. If your day is smoothing, your whole day will be calmer. The calming scent of the Honey and Lavender Soap is definitely a plus!

ROCK 'N LEARN REVIEW & GIVEAWAY (*CLOSED*)

Rock 'N Learn's Money & Making Change offers a fun learning experience for elementary-age children. The characters in the DVD, Penny and Bill, know how to shake things up when it comes to counting money and making change. Cool songs and games give plenty of practice with real-world skills. Even preschoolers love the adorable characters Penny and Bill and begin to recognize coins. Students learn about coins and how they relate to one another, strategies for making change, and more.

The animated characters of Penny and Bill will show children ages 6 through 8 just how they can count money and make change in the lively, colorful, entertaining and instructive Rock 'N Learn DVD "Money & Making Change". This 57-minute DVD teaches how coins relate to each other, the technique of 'skip counting', how to express money in written terms, strategies for making change, and more! From 'The Coin Song', to the 'Count the Game', to 'Penny & Bill Live in Concert', "Money & Making Change" is as entertaining as it is informative. A perfect addition to home schooling curriculums, this is one 'kid friendly' educational DVD that truly deserves to be a part of every school and community collection.

This DVD teaches kids aged 6 and up how to recognize and count American currency, with a focus on the coins.
The presenters of this musical cartoon are Penny Money and Bill Dollar. Penny is a coin and wears high topped boots that go a lot further than she can, while Bill rocks it with his bass guitar.
After meeting Penny and Bill, the next video introduces the clinkable coinage, describing the features and sizes. It includes the JFK half-dollar, the silver Susan B. Anthony dollar and the golden Sacajawea dollar, as well as the Presidential dollar coins.
The DVD goes on to count pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars and bills, before teaching notation, equivalents, and how to separate your money for counting. Counting practice continues with a couple of games, and then the DVD wraps up with a section on making change before the closing music video.
This is a good tool for teaching kids how to be penny wise. I think all teaches should use Rock 'N Learn to enhance their classroom cirriculum.
