I went to Walmart and bought a bottle of Listerine for $1.89. It really doesn't take much, and it is a big bottle, too; so it is not as expensive to use as the can of Bug-Spray you buy that doesn't last 30 minutes. I tried this on my doors (Don't spray directly on a wood door) but spray around the frame. I sprayed around the windows and you can even spray inside a dog house too. It works - in fact, it killed them instantly.
Now these are good Mosquitoes!!!
Yeap, I'm certainly giving it a try. We're talking about Malaysia here - the land of mosquitoes!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day, sweetie!
Did you dilute the Listerine with water before spraying? I'm just thinking that it's going to take a lot more than one bottle of Listerine to spray my backyard. I don't have a lot of mosquitoes but this is good to know.
ReplyDeletei hate mosquitoes,....
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this awesome tip! Although it makes me a little weary about gargling with it myself - I wonder what's in it that's so toxic to the mosquitos?
ReplyDeletewow- i've used listerine to kill the sting of ant and mosquito bites, but never thought of spraying around with it. was it a certain 'flavor'??
ReplyDeleteThat's amazing. I'm definitely giving it a try.
