TROPICAL TRADITIONS REVIEW & GIVEAWAY (*CLOSED*)

This Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil is unrefined and is made with organic coconuts. Fresh coconuts are used and only the best are hand-picked from each harvest. The fresh coconut meat is then shredded and then cold-pressed using the water that is inside of the coconut to make coconut milk. The milk is then allowed to sit for about 12 hours while the oil naturally separates from the milk. Since we’ve had our jar of Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil I’ve been using it just as I would my olive oil or vegetable oil.

I got to review the Tropical Traditions Gold label Virgin Coconut oil - not only is it great for cooking and baking, but its wonderful for your skin too. I’ve used it to make a cake, chicken and fish. The coconut oil gives off a lovely aroma as its cooking and also gives a nice hint of coconut in your dish. I also received a book that is full of information about virgin coconut oil and can’t wait to try out all the recipes. They all sound so yummy!

Excellent, kitchen-tested recipes can be found on our Free Coconut Recipes blog here: http://www.freecoconutrecipes.com.

At this website you will see the many different ways coconut can be used in cooking! http://www.freecoconutrecipes.com/index.htm.
